10-digit series from Reliance Infocomm

HYDERABAD: Reliance Infocomm has begun migrating its Andhra Pradesh subscribers to an exclusive 10-digit series beginning with 93. According to a release, this is being done in keeping with the cellular mobile numbering plan under the new Unified Licence Regime. The company said RIM subscribers in A.P. could now call each other by dialling the new ten-digit number and do not have to prefix it with STD codes anymore. Fixed line caller in the State will no longer need STD facility when calling the new 93 RIM within A.P.
