Open offer for Skanska Cement

MUMBAI, OCT. 14. Italian-Thai Development Company (ITD) is making an open offer to the shareholders of Skanska Cementation India Ltd (SCIL) to acquire 19.63 per cent stake at Rs. 209 per share payable in cash. The offer to acquire 9.04 lakh shares would open on December 7 and close on December 27, Ind Global Corporate Finance, advisors to offer, informed the Stock Exchange, Mumbai (BSE) today.
