NHPC pays Rs. 120 crore dividend
NEW DELHI: National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Ltd. (NHPC), has paid a dividend of Rs. 120 crores to the Government for 2003-04 against Rs. 75 crores in 2002-03. The dividend cheque for Rs. 60 crores was presented to P. M. Sayeed, Union Minister of Power, by Yogendra Prasad, Chairman and Managing Director, NHPC, on Wednesday. The corporation had already paid Rs. 60 crores as interim dividend.
