Granted certificate of registration
NEW DELHI: ASREC (India) Ltd., a public limited company incorporated under the Companies Act 1956, has been granted certificate of registration by the Reserve bank of India on October 11 to carry out activities under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002. ASREC (India) has an authorised equity capital of Rs. 125 crores and the capital would be subscribed to the extent of Rs. 110 crores by the sponsoring banks and financial institutions (FIs). At present its paid up capital is Rs. 10 crores.
