MACHILIPATNAM, NOV. 23. The Revenue Divisional Officer, J.Radhakrishna Murthy, held a meeting with the officials concerned and discussed arrangements to be make for pilgrims coming to take a holy dip at the Manginipudi beach on `Karthikapournima' (Friday). He advised RTC authorities to provide 20 special buses for the pilgrims on that day.
