Elected president

CHENNAI,
DEC.17.
Mayil Vahanan Natarajan, Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery, Madras Medical College, will be the new president of the Indian Orthopaedic Association (IOA).
He was elected at the annual conference of the IOA at Agra recently.
This year, he had been awarded the Dr.B.C.Roy National Award by the Medical Council of India for his contribution to bone cancer treatment. The State Government conferred the Best Doctor Award on him for his services to the physically challenged.
