THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, FEB. 3. The Revenue Minister, K.M. Mani, has said that the State Government will bring in a legislation seeking to curb relief fund mobilisation in the State in the name of natural calamities. Replying to a special debate on the Government's tsunami relief and rehabilitation work, the Minister said that under the legislation, to be piloted in the current session, organisations would have to get the Government's permission for fund mobilisation. The Mata Amrithanandamayi Ashramam had been given permission to construct 1,300 houses out of the required 3,000.
