NEW DELHI, FEB. 10. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered a First Information Report (FIR) in the ``Gutkha'' case against four persons, including Anis Ibrahim Kaskar, brother of Dawood Ibrahim, mafia don and the prime accused in the Bombay serial blasts case.

The other accused are Jamiruddin alias Jumbo alias Kalya Ansari, Rajesh alias Rajubhai Panchariya and Mohammad Farukh Mansuri. The CBI said that both Anis Ibrahim and Mohammad Faruk Mansuri were also key accused in the 1993 Bombay serial blasts case and were believed to be in Pakistan. The Interpol has also issued Red Corner alert notices against the two.

The CBI registered the `Gutkha' case after the Maharashtra Government gave its consent.

The case was registered on a complaint from a person that Jumbo alias Jamir and Anis Ibrahim had threatened to kill him and his associate Arif and forcibly got a demand draft for Rs. 2,64,000 in the name of another accused Rajubhai.
