By Our Staff Reporter
HYDERABAD,
FEB. 10.
Gopal Ramanna Shetty, one of the accused in the Rajyalakshmi Jewellers dacoity case, on Thursday revealed the name of a Mumbai-based person, through whom he had reportedly disposed of some ornaments.
Shetty, who was arrested jointly by the Mumbai and Hyderabad police in Mumbai recently, was brought to Hyderabad today. He was among the 10 members who had allegedly looted the jewellery shop at Abids.
According to sources, Shetty told the police that he sold "his share" of jewellery through this person in Mumbai. However, sources refused to disclose the name of the accused.
"We have identified the person and efforts are on to nab him," sources said.
