Court refrains police from executing warrants

MUMBAI, FEB.15. The Bombay High Court today asked the Mumbai police to refrain from executing non-bailable warrants issued against Gutka barons Rasiklal Manikchand Dhariwal, and Jagdish Joshi, accused of having links with underworld, until their plea was heard tomorrow.

Justice R. M. S. Khandeparkar and Justice P. V. Kakade adjourned to tomorrow the petitions filed by Dhariwal and Joshi, owners of Manikchand and Goa Gutka respectively, challenging the non-bailable warrants issued by a MCOCA court against them. — PTI
