Bansal scores century

NEW DELHI, MARCH 21. Unbeaten century by Sareen Bansal (113 - 17x4, 6x4) helped Essex Farms beat RCN Club by eight wickets in the Super Elite group I match in the DDCA cricket league here.

The scores: Super Elite-I: RCN Club 148 in 32.3 overs (Vijay Randhawa 90 not out) lost to Essex Farms 152 for two in 17.2 overs (Sarin Bansal 113 not out).

Super Plate-I: L.B. Shastri Coaching Centre 195 in 38 overs (Vijender Singh 94 not out) lost to Harsha Sports 198 for six in 33.2 overs (Gagandeep Singh 45 not out).

Plate Division: Jat Heroes 228 in 38.5 overs (Varun Tanwar 47, Rahul Mishra 56) bt Ministry of Information and Broadcasting 161 in 30.1 overs (Ravinder Nayal 40, Gurmeet Singh four for 30, Imtiyaz Khan four for 14).
