Court rejects Cadbury's plea
AHMEDABAD:
A local court on Monday dismissed a suit filed by Cadbury India to restrain India Tobacco Company (ITC) from selling chocolates similar to its name and appearance. The suit was filed last month before the civil judge A. Rao to restrain ITC from selling its `Candyman Choco Eclairs' in gold and purple wrappers which was similar to its `Choco Eclairs' in size and appearance, claiming that it `confused the consumers'.
