Provogue fixes price band at Rs. 130-150

MUMBAI: Provogue (India), a leading retailer in the Indian apparel market, has fixed a price band of Rs. 130-150 for its initial public offering for 40.49 lakh shares of Rs. 10 each. The issue, constituting 25 per cent of the fully diluted post-issue paid-up capital, would be open for bidding from June 10 to 16, Provogue said in a release here.
