MBT deploys Microsoft's customer care framework

CHENNAI: : Mahindra British Telecom has started implementing Microsoft's customer care framework (CCF) at Nawras (Oman's new mobile communication service provider). MBT is working with Microsoft as a system integrator to deliver Microsoft CCF to telecommunications service providers. It is integrating CCF with billing, mediation and IN systems. Microsoft customer care framework is an integrated software solution that streamlines call centre operations for service providers
