KADAPA: The Intellectuals Forum urged major political parties to declare their election manifestos with practical promises within two days. Addressing a press conference here, the forum's convenor M. Vivekananda Reddy asked the contesting candidates to declare their assets. He said people of Kadapa Municipal Corporation yearned for proper drinking water supply, drainage system, completion of a high-level bridge across Buggavanka stream at Ravindranagar and streamlining of traffic. He sought industrial growth of Kadapa by offering higher subsidies and incentives to entrepreneurs, mineral-based industries, employment generation for at least 30 per cent of engineering and B.Ed. graduates passing out from colleges in Kadapa.
