CHENNAI: Coinciding with Vijayadasami and also to celebrate its 10th batch, Advanced Learning Institute (Asia) has announced scholarships for popular four module Mastering English programmes called--Words Work. The October batch can avail itself of this special offer. The usual special scholarships offered for the differently-abled individuals and NGO's would continue to be available during this period. The Words Work series of mastering English programmes have focused on application of language and communications skills in daily life. This has made it very popular among working professionals. Words work gives emphasis on wholesome English comprising written, spoken, communications skills. There is an extensive module on phonetics also. A new optional module called the "Encore", which is an added feature, will specialise in Dramatics, Creative writing including Poetry. "Encore" will also identify budding talents and would have a platform for them and nurture the talent. The batch timings for the five days a week schedule are 6.30 a.m. to 8.30 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.
