CellarStone Inc. acquires software firm in India

CHENNAI: CellarStone Inc. a premier technology and consulting firm based in Foster City, California has announced that it has acquired a majority stake in CellarStone India Pvt. Ltd. (formerly known as TechnoPundit Systems Pvt. Ltd.).

Addressing presspersons here on Friday Gopi Mattel, CEO CellarStone inc. said the acquired company would act as a primary research and development centre for the U.S. company. The company has developed `QCommission', a flexible sales compensation software catering to small and medium sized businesses in calculating sales commissions and other incentives. CellarStone inc. is already marketing the product overseas.
