3 held on charge of selling fake certificates

HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad police task force officials on Thursday arrested three persons on the charge of making and selling fake educational certificates. A large number of fabricated certificates, a computer and 70 fake rubber stamps of different universities were seized from the arrested Khaja Salauddin, 26, of Langerhouz, Syed Muneeruddin, 27, of Nacharam and Maqdoom Mohiuddin, 34, Mirchowk, the Task Force Additional DCP K.V. Venkat Reddy told reporters.

Salauddin and Mohiuddin were earlier arrested by the Hussainialam and Sultanbazar police respectively on similar charges. Salauddin moved the High Court after a local court convicted him.
