ICF installs touch screen facility

CHENNAI:
Integral Coach Factory, Perambur, has provided a touch screen facility in its office to help the public get information on Indian Railways, especially on ICF.
The screen would also provide information regarding timings of suburban and other train services, telephone numbers of officials and police and fire stations.
The facility will benefit ICF employees also. They can view their personal profile, service history, salary details, seniority position, rules/circulars, queries regarding income tax forecast and important and emergency contact numbers.
Additional Member of the Railway Board V.K. Bhargav, who inaugurated the facility, said there were plans for similar systems at various locations on the ICF premises.
