Dabur India announces 1:1 bonus

CHENNAI: Dabur India has announced a bonus issue in the ratio of one share for every equity share. According to a Bombay Stock Exchange release, the company is increasing the authorised capital to Rs. 125 crore from Rs. 50 crore. The company has declared an interim dividend of 150 per cent.
