GVK Power files draft prospectus

HYDERABAD: GVK Power and Infrastructure Limited (GVKPIL) is proposing to enter the capital market with an initial public offer through a 100 per cent book-building process. It has filed the draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
