Rs. 1 crore penalty on Luminant Investment

MUMBAI: The Securities and Exchange Board of India has imposed a penalty of Rs. 1 crore on Luminant Investment Pvt. Ltd. (LIL) for failure to furnish information to the Investigating Officer in the matter of irrational price movements in shares of DSQ Biotech Ltd.
