Compulink initial public offer on November 25

BANGALORE: The Pune-based software products and services provider Compulink Systems Ltd, will hit the capital market on November 25 with an initial public offer of 45.38 lakh equity shares. The offer consists of a equity issue of 35.38 lakh shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 60 per share for cash aggregating Rs. 21.23 crore and an offer for sale of ten lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 60 per share for cash aggregating Rs. 6 crore.
