Seminar on `Acquisitions of U.S. companies'
CHENNAI:
The Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, Chennai, is conducting a seminar on `Acquisitions of U.S. companies — a strategic route to enter the U.S. market' on November 28. The objective of the event is to give a good understanding on the fundamentals of acquiring U.S. companies which, being an investment in the U.S., is expected to get greater support from the U.S. Government agencies that deal with business and commerce. The seminar would focus on the acquisition of small and medium U.S. companies (in the range of $3-30 million), says a release.
