DuPont receives low carbon leader award

CHENNAI: DuPont has topped the list of BusinessWeek-Climate group ranking of `The Top Green Companies' that recognised greenhouse gas reduction efforts of different companies. DuPont was also placed first in the `Top Companies of the Decade' category at the low carbon leaders award event, also administered by The Climate Group and held recently in Montreal, Quebec, coinciding with the United Nations Climate Change Conference. The award recognises the `inspirational leadership' and achievements in `the fight against climate change' by DuPont, says a release.
