Writ plea dismissed

Hyderabad: The writ appeals filed by Andhrakesari Educational College and other minority institutions regarding permission to fill some B.Ed. seats with non-minority students were dismissed by a division bench of the Andhra Pradesh High Court on Wednesday.

The bench, comprising Chief Justice G.S. Singhvi and Justice C.Y. Somayajulu, was dealing with writ appeals filed challenging the order of the Single Judge.
