Body identified

HYDERABAD: The man, who died while travelling in an APSRTC bus in the city on Tuesday, was identified as Akula Azmeera, 24, of Baliya Tanda in Khammam district.

Bus driver Babu Rathode and conductor R. Naresh were forced to run around four police stations to hand over the body.

It was only when North Zone DCP Shikha Goel, who was apprised of the situation, the Chilakalguda police received the body and shifted it to the Gandhi hospital morgue.
