Awareness meet on citizen's charter

ADILABAD: Chairperson of the northern discom's consumer grievances redressal forum G. Nageshwar on Friday said there is a provision for compensation to consumers in the event of proven faults by the department.

He urged consumers to bring their grievances to the notice of the consumer service centre at the sub-divisional of headquarters level or to the forum. He was addressing an awareness meeting on citizen's charter with local consumers organised as part of the ongoing electricity consumers week.
