Cusat: 810 get B.Tech. admission

KOCHI: Cochin University of Science and Technology (Cusat) has admitted 810 students into its various B.Tech. programmes during the first phase of the counselling.

There are only 195 seats remaining for the second phase of counselling to be held during the last week of August.

From Kerala, 312 students joined in the first phase. The State-wise number of students admitted to the university: Bihar (350); Jharkand (69); Uttar Pradesh (44); Rajasthan (7); Uttaranchal (5); Tamil Nadu (3); Punjab (2); Orissa (3); Madhya Pradesh (2); Haryana (2); Chattisgarh (2); Andhra Pradesh (3).
