HUBLI: Primary and Secondary Education Minister Basavaraj Horatti will tour Uttara Kannada, Dharwad and Belgaum districts from September 2 to September 6. Mr. Horatti will leave for Uttara Kannada from Hubli on Saturday. He will take part in the programme of Karnatak University teachers at 11 a.m. on Sunday. On Monday, he will leave for Belgaum. The Minister will return to Hubli on Wednesday and will leave for Bangalore the same night.
