SHIMOGA: The Rotary Eye Bank of Shimoga will arrange a State-level seminar here on September 3 on issues pertaining to collection of corneas and their transplantation on visually impaired persons. The seminar is being organised to mark the Eye Donation Fortnight which was inaugurated on August 25. Prasannanath Swamiji of the Adichunchanagiri Math here will inaugurate the seminar. Madhukar Reddy of the Eye Bank Association of India, Hyderabad, will deliver the keynote address. Ravi Prakash of the Minto Eye Hospital, Bangalore, will preside over the inaugural function.
