GUNTUR: The Communist Party of India State secretariat meeting will begin in Guntur on September 2, followed by State party 41-member Executive Committee meeting in the evening. Party district unit secretary Muppalla Nageswara Rao told reporters here on Thursday that centenary celebrations of freedom fighter Katragadda Balakrishna would be organised on September 3.
