"Evidence only after filing of charge sheets"

New Delhi: India has not handed over evidence to Pakistan regarding the latter's alleged involvement in the Mumbai serial train blasts because of legal requirements at home, but would do so once that is met, External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee said.

"We will definitely give them [evidence]. Let the legal formalities be complied with, we will give it to them," Mr. Mukherjee told Times Now. There were legal problems in giving out evidence before charge sheets were filed.
