House of Pearl Fashions to tap market

CHENNAI: House of Pearl Fashions, a ready-to-wear apparel company, is entering the capital market with an initial public offer of Rs. 10 each through book-building with a price band of Rs. 525-600 per share. The issue will be open on January 16. The company intends to use a part of the net proceeds of the issue to increase the production capacity of the group from 20 million pieces to 40 million pieces annually.
