SEBI ban on chartered accountant

MUMBAI: The Securities and Exchange Board of India on Thursday imposed a five-year ban on Kailash Chandra Agarwal, a chartered accountant, from the securities market, for issuing false certificates during the preferential allotment of shares of Padmini Technologies (erstwhile Padmini Polymers) in 1999.
