Nisha sets record

KOZHIKODE: P. Nisha of Vimala College, Thrissur, walked her way to the record books on Thursday, quite literally.

She set the lone record on day two of the Calicut University inter-collegiate athletics meet at the University Stadium, in the women's 5km walk (25:33.70).

She broke the 2004 record of Jency Joy, also of Vimala College (25:44.70).
