NOIDA:
A court on Thursday remanded Noida children killings case accused Moninder Singh Pandher and his domestic servant Surender Singh Koli to CBI custody for 14 days.
The Central Bureau of Investigation, which took over the case on Wednesday, moved an application in the court seeking their custody. The police custody of the two accused ends on Friday.
On Thursday morning, they were brought back from Gandhinagar in Gujarat, where narco-analysis and other tests were conducted on them at the Forensic Science Laboratory.
The police took the two to an "undisclosed location" and later handed them over to the CBI.
CBI team arrives
A three-member CBI team arrived here to collect documents pertaining to the case. It also held discussions with senior police officers here.
On Wednesday, a Noida police team had gone to the CBI headquarters in New Delhi to hand over details pertaining to the case.
One more piece of bone was found in the drain near Moninder Singh's house. It was sent to the Noida Civil Hospital for examination.
