VISAKHAPATNAM: Every one must do his bit to control corruption that was increasing day by day, said former Vigilance Commissioner R.C. Samal at a seminar held here on Thursday.

Officials and representatives of voluntary organisations from Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam and East Godavari participated in the seminar.

Mr. Samal wanted the voluntary organisations, youth and self-help groups to create awareness among the people in rural and remote areas about the laws and the methods to prevent corruption.

Parents and teachers should take care to mould children into good citizens and there was also a need to include corruption eradication in the syllabus.
