CHENNAI: Chennai-based I.T solutions provider Satvat Infosol has launched `e-Balak', a monthly CD magazine for children.

The magazine features stories, learning activities, science corner, fascinating facts, fun games, memory games, children forums, brain teasers and puzzles.

The learning activities will cover a wide range of topics including general knowledge, vocabulary building, cursive writing, drawing, spoken English, History, Geography, technology and much more. Activities such as cursive writing and drawing will be in printable format for children to practice. The science corner will explain everyday science with animations to understand the concepts easily. The games section seeks to groom the power of observation, memory and co-ordination skills of children, according to a spokesperson for Satvat.

The company plans to organise monthly workshops for e-Balak subscribers both for children and for parents. The yearly subscription of Rs. 600/- (including postage) is an attractive introductory offer at the Chennai Book fair.
