`Sundaram Home Utsav' begins today

VISAKHAPATNAM : Sundaram Home Finance will hold two-day `Sundaram Home Utsav' at Vemana Mandiram, Asilametta from January 18.

During the utsav, top builders and promoters will be brought to a common platform to facilitate sanction of loans. "We will give on-the-spot loan with total transparency and personalised service," Sundaram Home managing director Nitin Palany told reporters on Thursday.

He said the company was planning to disburse loans to the tune of Rs. 5 crores during the programme. To a question, he said they had advanced housing loans amounting to Rs.120 crores since they opened their branch in the city.
