Demand for IIM report on RTC

State panel of SWF to go on agitation from Feb. 18

HYDERABAD: The Staff and Workers' Federation (SWF) has demanded that Government circulate copies of the IIM report on Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation to trade unions and also put it up for discussion in the ensuing session of the Legislative Assembly.

President of the CPI(M)-affiliated union M.N. Reddy and general secretary R. Lakshmaiah, told reporters here on Thursday, that the State committee at its meeting on Wednesday, decided to stage a three-day agitation from February 18, demanding measures to protect the corporation from privatisation.
