Air India Express flights to Colombo from tomorrow

CHENNAI : Air India Express will commence daily operations from Chennai to Colombo from Sunday.

A press release from the Air India said the Chennai-Colombo flight (IX-671) will depart Chennai at 7 a.m. and reach Colombo at 8.20 a.m. In the return direction, the flight (IX 672) will leave Colombo at 9.20 a.m. and land in Chennai at 10.40 a.m.

Special return fare

Air India has announced a special inaugural return fare of Rs 6225 (including taxes) for Chennai-Colombo-Chennai.

Tickets can be booked online at www.airindiaexpress.in.

The tickets can also be booked through telephone numbers 28410099/28416161/28416767, it said.
