Clarification

The Hyderabad Metro Project cost was scaled down to Rs. 8,482 crores after the cost of acquiring 43 acres of private land costing Rs. 261 crore was kept out of it as suggested by the Empowerment Initiative of the Central Government and not Rs. 43 crore as was reported in these columns on Monday.
