MADURAI: In order to help students realise their dream of pursuing higher education in premier institutions such as Indian Institute of Technology, Aspire Learning Company is conducting a Talent Search Test across south India on July 22. It will provide scholarships to the tune of Rs. 25 lakh. Students between Standard VI to XII are eligible to participate in the test. The scholarships are intended to help meritorious students attend IIT-JEE, AIEEE, AIPMT and foundation programmes. The two-hour test will be in objective pattern. It will test the student’s general knowledge, analytical, logical reasoning, verbal and numerical ability. Registration has begun. The centre has also come out with a free booklet, ‘A guide to crafting a successful entry into top-notch professional colleges.’ It provides information about various options of higher education available for students of Standard XI and XII. It can be collected in person by students at Aspire centres, according to a press release.
