JCT ties up with Wolverhampton

NEW DELHI: JCT Phagwara has tied up with Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club of England.

According to JCT’s Sameer Thapar, who is also the President of Punjab Football Association, “the tie up would cover areas of sharing of knowledge between the two clubs, sharing of coaching skills, visits of experts from both the teams to study and learn from each other’s experience. Friendly matches between the two teams will be organised in Wolverhampton and Punjab to generate mass interest.”

Wolverhampton Wanderers Football is among England’s most popular clubs. It plays in the English second division and enjoys a very high number of Asian supporters. — Special Correspondent
