Tuticorin: Minister for Higher Education K. Ponmudy, a member of the team appointed by the State Government to conduct public hearing on the proposed titanium dioxide project, on Tuesday said here that a report would be submitted to Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi on Wednesday.
He was speaking to reporters after the team, which also consisted of Ministers P. Geetha Jeevan and Suresh Rajan, Secretaries to the Government for Industries and Revenue, Shaktikanta Das and Ambuj Sharma, and Commissioner for Mines and Minerals, E. Dasaradhan, conducted public hearings in seven revenue villages.
On the final day, the hearings were conducted at Thatchamozhi and Pudukulam (both under Sattankulam taluk).
