Left parties’ ‘jatha’ to reach Vizag on Sept. 8

VIZIANAGARAM: The Left parties-sponsored ’jatha’ opposing the five-nation joint naval exercises from September 4 to 9 will reach Visakhapatnam on September 8. Voicing concern over defence ties with "imperialist forces", the Left parties planned rallies from September 4, said CPI district general secretary P. Kamesara Rao.

At a press meet, he said the ‘jatha’ led by CPI general secretary A.B. Bardhan would reach here on September 7.
