A carpenter died after falling from a building under construction at Shapurnagar in Jeedimetla on Thursday. Roop Ram, 20, was a native of Rajasthan, the police said.

Krishna, 30, committed suicide by hanging himself at his house in Chilkanagar in Uppal on Wednesday.

The incident however came to light on Friday morning when his family members returned home from their relatives house.

Krishna took the drastic step as he was depressed after the death of his wife, Lalitha, six months ago, the police said.
