CPI for steps to flush out terrorists

Staff Reporter

KADAPA: CPI district secretary G. Obulesu on Sunday demanded a separate machinery in the police force to weed out terrorism as present measures were inadequate.

The police machinery was engrossed with providing security to public representatives at the cost of ensuring security to common people, he alleged at a press conference at Railway Kodur. The Government used police forces and intelligence wing to gauge the strength of various political parties among the people and impact of their agitations, he alleged.

Haven for terrorists

Recent blasts in Hyderabad proved that the State capital became a haven for terrorists, Mr. Obulesu alleged.
