Curbing acid sales

Bangalore: Campaign and Struggle Against Acid Attacks on Women (CSAAAW) is holding a protest on September 8 against the Government’s inability to control sale of concentrated acids in the State.

The one-crore package, announced for rehabilitation of acid attack victims, is yet to yield concrete results, they said.

The protest rally will be from Mysore Bank Circle to Town Hall. — Special Correspondent
